Commerce has become the lifeline of every country. The department creates a desirable attitude towards teaching of Commerce and Accountancy subjects. The student teachers are trained in various methods of teaching and their appropriate usages in class room situations.
- The department provides the knowledge in analyzing higher secondary Commerce and Accountancy contents in terms of the techniques and aids for the purpose of teaching Commerce and Accountancy.
- Creating interest in learning recent developments in Commerce and Accountancy by visiting bank, ware house, trade canters, cottage industries and small scale industries.
- Commerce club is established to provide a platform for student-teachers to conduct conference and workshop’s related to recent developments in trade.
- Debate and forums on financial prospectors.
- To update the knowledge will collect historical information and events and also the current issues from the newspaper and magazine.
- Preparation of charts and materials for school students.
